Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that shopping online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t fit or you’re left unhappy! For change of mind purchases, you have 30 days with the original purchase date to obtain an exchange or a refund.

If you have received your item and are experiencing any issues with your item, we ask that you notify us via email at or by phone (02) 9564 0588 within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

The important thing to remember is that we want the beautiful items you purchase from us to be perfect for you. We will exchange at any time where goods are:

  • Items are at fault, such as a manufacturing defect
  • Are not fit for your purpose
  • In conflict with any other rights provided for by State Legislation or the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)
  • Product must be returned unworn and in a new condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

The following items are not eligible for exchanges or returns:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom sizes
  • The item is clearly worn and not returned in a sellable condition.
  • The item is damaged, misused, tampered with, modifications or alternations made by us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note you can email us at at anytime to assist you with your exchange/return.

Please ensure that you include your original invoice/receipt and a note with additional information of what would you like us to do (exchange for size X, refund). Please note that postage charges are non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Your exchange will not be actioned until we receive your item. Once we have received your item, we will process the exchange within 3-7 business days.


Important information

All postage charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, including the shipping of exchanged products. This is excluded if items received were damaged or faulty. Exchange shipping costs can be paid to Addison Road via:

  • Adding a prepaid parcel when returning the item
  • You can purchase your exchange postage here


What if my item is faulty?

Returns on faulty goods, or goods that do not match the description provided will be honoured. Please email us at within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange this with our friendly customer service team.
