Where is my order? After placing your order you should receive a shipping confirmation within 72 Hours of payment. If you haven't received a confirmation email with your tracking number please contact us. The delivery time will vary depending on your chosen shipping method, date of order, location, and public holidays. Australia Post advises delivery within NSW can take up to 4 business days and interstate up to 12
business days.
My order didn't arrive? If your order has not arrived within the above time frame please check your confirmation email to ensure all your details are correct. How do I clean my leather bag? To clean your leather bag, empty it completely, removing any extra dust with a soft brush or lint roller. Gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth using leather cleaner or warm soapy water. If using soapy water make sure to dry immediately after cleaning.
