How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay does not charge a fee to consumers when purchasing. The only fees to consumers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed, and, after being notified, you do not log into your Afterpay account, to make your payment via a different method.

What if I want to return my purchase?

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy - please click here for further details.

Simply lodge your return through the normal process and once the item is returned to us, we will either issue you with an online credit or notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account if you qualify for a refund.

Please note: we will only be able to assess your return and process a credit / refund through Afterpay once your return reaches our HQ. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for will be provided as an online credit or refunded (if you qualify for a refund) once we have processed the return.

What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account?

You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to any issues with your Afterpay account or payments.

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post and once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot make it move any faster. Australia Post estimates standard post delivery takes between 3-6 business days and Express is only guaranteed if you are within the Australia Post Express Network -click here for more information.

REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable to full price items only.

SALE ITEM RETURNS

Sale or discounted items are only eligible for store credits or exchange.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance or last-chance items are not eligible for returns.

RETURNS COST

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Simply "add 2 inches" to your pant size to find your belt size. If you have a 34" waist in your trouser, a 36" belt size will suit you perfectly.

Most people will discover that this basic method works best with pants that are worn at a standard waistline height–near the natural waistline.

Consider adding 3 or 4 sizes to your pant size when buying a belt to use with low-rise pants or jeans. But this "adding 2 inches" method is only the quickest and easiest way - and usually applies to normal belts with typical bar buckles.
